Lighting the Propane Heater in the Pine Bedrooms
The two Pine bedrooms have a slightly different heater. The main difference: the gas shutoff valve is inside the heater box instead of down below it. Everything else works like the other heaters.

Step by step
8 steps
Remove the front panel
Lift the front panel off the heater.

Turn the blue gas valve parallel to the gas line
On this heater the valve is inside the heater box. Turn it so the handle runs parallel to the gas line.

Remove the cover from the pilot
Take the small cover off the pilot chamber.

Turn the control knob to PILOT
It looks a little different from the other heaters, but it's the same idea.

Push in and hold
Push the control knob in and keep holding it.

Light the pilot
While holding the knob in, use the lighter in the pilot chamber.

When it clicks, turn the knob counterclockwise
You'll usually hear a click when it's ready. Then turn the control knob counterclockwise and the heat comes on.

Replace the covers
Put the pilot cover back on, then the front panel.
